1. Babidi.
A wizard, Babidi relies on magic rather than strength. His desire is to revive Buu. Once Buu is revived, however, he treats him like crap and pays the price for it when Buu blows his head off with one punch. He has a mousy little design and his minions are completely overwhelmed by Vegeta and Goku.
2. Ginyu.
As the leader of the Ginyu force, Ginyu is the second strongest antagonist in the Frieza Saga. However, he is unable to show off his fighting powers as he immediately dominated by a well-trained Goku. He then reveals a power that is rather absurd: the power to switch bodies with other people. This implies that we don’t even know what Ginyu’s original form is. Also, this is inconsistent with Ginyu’s statement that he was “born as a gifted fighter”, as it is most likely that he was born as a weakling with the power switch bodies. He also makes a grave miscalculation, as he is unable to unleash Goku’s strength after switching bodies with him.
3. Raditz.
Raditz has no self-respect, groveling to Goku when Piccolo had an opportunity to kill him with the Special Beam Cannon. Willing to kill his brother, Goku, and his own nephew, Gohan, Raditz has no family values. Despite his self-assuredness, Raditz is also the weakest main villain in Dragon Ball Z.
4. Guido.
Guido is a member of the Ginyu force. He has the cheap power of telekinesis. I tolerated telekinesis in Dragon Ball’s General Blue because the gag attitude that manga had. Dragon Ball Z, however, was supposed to be more serious. Yet, telekinesis still comes up. Shouldn’t Guido technically be able to stop time and kill Frieza? Guido also displays the ability to talk when his head is cut off. Lastly and most importantly, Gurd’s design is rather lame.
5. Fat Buu.
Despite his power, Fat Buu acts like a toddler. Fat Buu also showcases the ability to turn people into different types of food. I’m not a fan of this silly ability. This also begs the question: why did he not use his power to turn Super Saiyan 3 Goku into a Twix bar?
